The Power Behind The Land Shark was founded as a family business in 1952 to buy, sell, and develop North Florida land. The family investors became a licensed realty firm in 1984 in order to provide better stewardship to their activities. Those activities included (and still include) civic and political participation in common sense land management. Over the years the founders have contributed time, energy, and real property to further preservation and proper land management that truly respects the rights of property owners and buyers.
